Drill Setup

Use an anonymous participant ID; do not enter an employee name.
Real-world timing protocol: Start both methods from the same realistic employee location. For Current Process, require the participant to retrieve information from its normal property location. For Live Safety, allow normal access to the app. Record the split when the correct valve, action and current contact are confirmed. Stop when the participant physically reaches and points to the correct valve. Use comparable assets and alternate method order to limit route-learning bias. Do not operate the valve.
